How does the buying process work?
After you fill out the contact form, we will send you a quote and contract. You will approve the quote, and sign the contract electronically. Once the price is confirmed the signed contract is received, we'll send you 50% of the bill!
Why 50%?
Our clients are billed 50% upon signing the contract. (This payment is non-refundable) and then billed 50% after the project is delivered.
How long until I receive my Products?
We generally finish the projects within 4 weeks following the date of the wedding, and we'll update you on our progress if it takes longer than usual.
Can I cancel?
Upon the signing of the contract, our clients receive a bill for 50% of the total cost. This is mandatory and non-refundable. This is to insure all unpredictable possibilities and keeps our employees protected!
